Pregnant women who have either gestational diabetes or pre-existing diabetes mellitus (DM).
Highlights of Practice:
Patients will be followed up by registered dietitian, diabetes nurse educator and endocrinologist. For women that are diagnosed with gestational diabetes (GDM) they will attend a group information class on how to manage GDM in pregnancy.
